Our Artisan Dough has been perfected by our Italian Pizzaiolos. Our fermentation process is upto 72 hours long which allows the starch content to be exhausted, transforming it into noble sugars. The starch and gluten is Brocken down. The result - a light, lean and and airy crispy base rich in flavour.
Our fresh meat is of cause sourced locally from the best producers in Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Our cured meats are from only the finest producers in sudtirol, Calabria, and parma in Italy.
We only use the creamiest freshest mozzarella balls straight from Italy from the finest producers along with lots of other artisan Italian cheeses. Lyburn Farm in the New Forest provides us with our famous old Winchester for our delicious cauliflower cheese pizza and our Rosary goats comes from Salisbury.
Our Isle of Wight Tomatoes from the Tomato Stall are left to ripen on the vine and picked at their peak of flavour, reaching you bursting with freshness and naturally sweet.
Our lovely fresh fruit and veg is delivered daily from Ross Brimfield. Brimfields is all about fresh, locally sourced produce. Quality control is a pretty important part of what they do so everything is chosen by them!
